Privacy Policy
This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Thai version governs.
Tang Smile Tech Works Co., Ltd. (“the Store”) uses only the information necessary to provide membership services, accept orders, verify payments, deliver products, and provide after-sales support.
Google account information
When you choose Google sign-in, the Store receives a unique Google account identifier, your name, Google-verified email address, and profile photo (if available). The Store never receives or can view your Google password.
Linking an existing customer
The system automatically links an existing customer history only when a verified email address and phone number uniquely match one customer. Ambiguous records are held for Store review and are never matched by name alone.
Order information
Your name, phone number, email, address, ordered products, and payment evidence are used for order processing, accounting, tax, delivery, and related issue resolution. Payment-slip files are not published as public files.
Retention and customer rights
The Store retains information for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or ask about deletion of member data. Accounting and tax records may need to be retained as required by law.
